My notes on "What is the Moon doing?" assume that you, like me, are observing in the northern hemisphere. My apologies if this is not true, but the Moon's motion is complicated enough to explain, without making it worse! If you are observing in the southern hemisphere, then please change "south" into "north", and change "left" into "right". I think the rest of it should then be correct. |
